Online Assigned Risk – OAR
Applications to the Wisconsin Worker’s Compensation Insurance Pool (WWCIP) can be completed and submitted electronically through the WCRB member product called Online Assigned Risk (OAR). Doing your application electronically results in more accurate and timely submissions to the Pool for coverage.
To submit your pool application online:
- Complete and submit a Group Administator Registation form to become a WCRB Web site member.
- Your member account will be created within 2 business days of receiving your web site registration.
- After your account is created, you will receive an email containing a security code. Follow email instructions.
- Once you set your desired password, log onto wcrb.org to gain access to the Online Assigned Risk (OAR) member product.
- In the OAR member product, select Create Application to complete and submit your OAR application. Review the OAR User Guide and Instructions located in the OAR member product if you need assistance with submission requirements.

Hard Copy Pool Application
Important: Effective July 1, 2024, the Wisconsin Workers' Compensation Insurance Pool will no longer be accepting hard copy applications. Applications will only be accepted electronically via the Online Assigned Risk (OAR) member product noted above.
