This change request must be filled out in its entirety and signed by an Authorizing Officer.
Due to the sensitivity of the information contained in the WCRB website membership, the Authorizing Officer of the Group Administrator must be the President, Owner, or a Chief Officer of the organization. The Applicant and Authorizing Officer may be the same individual.
Once the change request is complete, select the “Submit Application” button. Both the Applicant and Authorizing Officer will receive an emailed copy of the completed application along with the Membership Terms and Conditions for their records.
The requested change will be processed within two business days.
If there is a problem with the change request, the applicant will receive an email from wcrbwebmaster@wcrb.org detailing steps required to resolve the problem.
Membership Guidelines
After the new Group Administrator (GA) account has been established, the existing Group Administrator account will be inactivated. It is the responsibility of the new GA to set up additional Administrator or User accounts going forward.
To avoid misuse of your account, WCRB website members should not share login credentials.
