Item Number 3802 NCCI Proposal Item B-1363 – Codes 7402, 7405, 7423,

And 7431 – Air Carrier Classifications – Amended Phraseologies

Pursuant to ch 626, Wis. Stats., the State of the Wisconsin, Office of the Commissioner of Insurance has advised that the action taken by the Rating Committee has been approved effective July 1, 2000, applicable to new and renewal business only. The classification phraseologies for codes 7402, 7405, 7423 and 7431 will be amended to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations.
