Pursuant to Ch. 626, Wis. Stat., the State of Wisconsin, Office of the Commissioner of Insurance has advised that the action taken by the Rating Committee has been approved effective January 1, 2000, for new and renewal business only. This filing eliminates or upgrades several classifications and notes. The NCCI will distribute revised pages.

One specific change is the elimination of Code 8710 Field Bonded Warehousing – All Employees & Clerical. The exposure for Code 8710 should be reassigned to Code 8292 Storage Warehouse NOC.
