Item Number 3707 Rating Issues

Pursuant to Chapter 626, Wis. Stats., the State of Wisconsin, Office of the Commissioner of Insurance has advised that the action taken by the Rating Committee has been approved effective July 1, 1998, applicable to new and renewal business only. The Experience Rating Plan will be revised to use only 30% of medical only claims in the calculation of an employer’s experience modification. Revised Manual pages will be available through the usual distribution.
